you can load files to a new project on the scratch website (.sb3 files) and play it in your browser or load it in to the scratch offline editor! Download offline editor

for loading on the website, click "create" in the top left corner of the scratch homepage. (no account required!) wait a bit, and when the editor window appears, click "file" in the top left and in the dropdown menu that appears, click "load file from computer". select the .sb3 file you want to run and open it. wait a few seconds and then press the fullscreen icon (optional) and press the green flag! your game is now running! Click the buttons to play! (note: leave the editor before play by pressing the "see project page" button on top of the screen)
